Women's safety in Whetstone

Women's safety in Whetstone

Tell us what would make a difference

Your local neighbourhood policing team will be carrying out additional evening patrols over a couple of nights around Whetstone High Road, the station approaches, nearby bus stops and routes to local parking.

We’ll be providing a visible presence, speaking with residents and businesses, and listening to women’s experiences of travelling and spending time in the area after dark.

Whether you’re heading home from work, leaving a restaurant or walking from the station, we’d like to hear from you:

• Are there particular places or times when you feel unsafe?
• Have you experienced behaviour that concerns you?
• Where would you most like to see us on patrol?
• What practical changes would help you feel safer?

Please reply to this message with your suggestions.

If you would prefer a more private conversation, we’re happy to arrange a telephone call to listen to your concerns.

Your feedback will help us focus our patrols and identify improvements we can work towards with local partners.

We want to listen and work with you to make a difference.
